Sadly not a fan of this location at all. I have visited several times during the week between 8-8:30 am and they have not been open. When I have called customer support they use the excuse of weather/technical issues even though it is obvious no staff has arrived. I have also attempted to cancel my membership with customer care, and they simply did not. I will continue my membership for one more month, but if this continues, I sadly will have to find a new car wash location. (ALSO Tidal wave… save your response on how it’s either the weather OR technical issues…. If these issues are happening this often to this many people, close the location.)

Dwight at this car wash did an amazing job! He was hardworking, respectful, and made sure every detail was taken care of. My car looked spotless when he was finished. You can tell he really cares about doing good work. Highly recommend!

Will never pay this location a visit (2/09/2026) entire crew is unaware, on their phones the entire visit did not great or make the wash feel wanting at all and the “so called manager “ if he was the manager was absolutely rude. Not sure what he had going on but his customer service was lacking all the way around. This guy made you not want to ask for an air freshener how rude he was. I smiled told he thank you and kept it moving. Obviously some form of title issues if he’s the manager(which I asked). Brown skin male with dreads, skinny fellow. Maybe today isn’t his day or maybe his team didn’t go to the superb bowl or rather lost if his bet. His attitude was the worst and he didn’t do his job. NEVER AGAIN. I will keep my services over at cascade best gentleman and we’ll attentive makes the wash experience feel worth paying that high monthly subscription. Carts were empty. All you could do was vacuum and go through the wash.
